This study aims to investigate the data to improve In-Service Training Program by surveying the trained teacher`s response to the contents of In-Service Training which was conducted by the Industrial Education College, Chungnam National University, for six weeks from July 12 to August 18 in 1982. The data were gathered from the questionnaires from 524 industrial-technical teachers who attended the In-service Teacher Training Program in 1982. It is desirable to refer to the following findings of this study in the future In-service Teacher Training for certification of industrial-technical teachers. The findings are ; 1. The majority of the participated teachers responded that they had not only improved their professional knowledges and skills, but also elevated their professional capability as the industrial-technical teachers. 2. The contents of the program lectured by training faculties were closely related to university curricula. 3. The 60 % of teachers expected to have a lecture centering around the levels of secondary school curricula.
