The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between festival attributes, destination image, and revisit intention with the moderating effects of human service. Data were collected from tourists who participated in the festival. In total, 200 usable surveys were collected. In order to analyze the data, this study used descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), structure equation modeling(SEM). The results reveal that there is a positive relationship between festival attribute and destination image. In addition, there is a positive relationship between destination image and revisit intention.
