Report Errors
This study suggested measures to promote participation of residents in the expansion of digital social innovation led by residents to solve local problems. According to the research, the scope and role of residents" participation should be clarified for the autonomous and active participation of the residents, and the development of education courses for this purpose is necessary. In addition, it is necessary for residents to apply the deliberation process to reach an agreement of participants when discussing the matter, and feedback should be given on the opinions of residents who have gathered in the policy implementation process, regardless of whether they reflect or not.
