Convergence, integration and big data have recently become hot topics in colleges. Convergence and integration are a demand of the times, and big data has pushed the boundaries. Therefore, the issue of how to combine them within college writing has become a major concern. Convergence and integration function as an open tools that presupposes interdisciplinary consideration, communication, and consensus, and the discussions derived are aimed at creation, innovation, and value creation as practical and creative outcomes. Writing using big data serves as a practical mechanism for highlighting communication and rationality in such processes. Writing of convergence and integration using big data provides the opportunity to simultaneously check the data that has not been obtained so that humanity can secure space for more empirical research results from the statistics and probabilities. On the dimensional level, the field of science and engineering is recognized as being practical in that it can construct rational products from humanistic perspectives based on the data accumulated in large quantities. Therefore, writing materials of convergence and integration using big data require the following items. First, there is a need for a code of writing ethics in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution era. Second, a sufficient understanding of big data analysis methods is required. Third, there should be a practical foundation for writing of convergence and integration using big data in relation to the second item. Fourth, information gathering process and procedures should be reflected. Fifth, the thinking system and the contents that can achieve practical integration, generalization, and mastery should be dealt with.
