The purpose of this study is to accumulate basic data on the development of educational programs for the personal trainer qualification for the Korean fitness scene. ACSM, NSCA and NASM were selected for comparative analysis of major international personal trainer certifications. It is an organization that is actively operating with international reputation and systematic certification. In order to make a comparative analysis, the data collection requested data from each organization "s homepage, fellowship, Korean educational institution and head office. Considering the main points, the comparison criteria were composed of educational objectives, contents and methods, and evaluation categories. According to the results of the study, all three groups were found to provide services with different kinetic philosophies in a common field of fitness. Overall, exercise science theory is common, and the kinematic approach to pursuing physical health is different. The training method was conducted online by NSCA, and the other two organizations were running offline qualification training. All three groups were evaluated by CBT method using handwriting except practical skill. Through this study, I hope that in-depth discussions and research will continue to improve the personal trainer qualifications system. I hope that the supplementary training program will enable preliminary personal trainers to understand and acquire practical knowledge before putting them into the field and provide quality services
