King's vassal organization in Silla's Middle Ages was thought to reflect the transition of the king's closest aides in the process of reorganizing government organization. The vassal system was found to be organized in part in a certain order during King Beop-heung and King Jin-heung. ‘Sain(舍人)’ was appointed as the closest assistant to the king from the vassal system, and was organized as an internal organization by King Jinpyeong. Afterward, Sain(舍人) coexisted with differentiation or change as Sangsain(上舍人), Hasain(下舍人), Sain(舍人), etc., and such a pattern continued until the end of Silla. The internal organization was able to establish a system from King Jin-pyeong of Silla Dynasty and is believed to have established after Silla's Middle Ages. The offices belonged to Sain(舍人) can be divided into two types. One of which is the same type of office as the central administrative body, which is estimated to correlates with the upper limit of officers' duty, and the other is the type of office that appears only in the internal organs, which is interpreted as the result of organizing the types of offices that perform various tasks.
