The quantity of study on Korean language education for Japanese learners is the second largest amount of that for all of learners. However, there is few study to analyse what kind of study on Korean language education for Japanese learners has being on so far. This paper is aimed to analyse recent research trend in Korean language for Japanese learners and is divided five chapters. First, chapter one introduces a general tendency to advanced studies on analysis of research trend in Korean language education, and also mentions a purpose of this study, and chapter two explains the subject and the method of this study. Chapter three shows analysis of recent research trend in Korean language for Japanese learners, and chapter four mentions a few urgent problems of studies on Korean language education for Japanese learners. Finally, chapter five argues the conclusion and limitations of this study. Details of this study is as follows. 258 studies that were published officially or not from 2008 to 2014, were gathered on the web site of Research Information Sharing Service. These studies were analysed each by the year, the research region, the publish type and the research theme. This study shows three suggestions to follow-up studies: First, to focus on studying in reading and writing education. Second, to proceed studies with various purpose and methods in lexical and grammatical study fields. Third, to raise speciality of studies to increase reliability.
