The purpose of this study is the development of the instruction materials based on the web for the pneumatic instrument which is the subject of the hydraulic instrument in the Technical High School, which was advanced in three steps through preparation, development and improvement. The web-based instruction materials for the pneumatic instrument which is the subject of the hydraulic instrument in the Technical High School consists of animation and moving picture to make the learners understanding of the principles for the pneumatic instrument easier.The special characteristics of these instruction materials are as following;First, Mainly consists of animation and moving pictures to increase the interest and understanding of study. Second, it is possible for the students to monitor their own learning progress and adjust their learning speed with interaction with other students. And it also makes possible the students and teacher interact with each other through the Q&A board.
