>Korea planned to supply 100,000 national rental house from 2003 to 2017 in order to solve out the residential problems of low-income bracket. Accordingly, it is expected that the national rental house policy will play the very critical role in stabilizing the living and real estate market for the citizens. It is essential to increase the residential satisfaction of residents for the successful settlement. This study identified the factors determining the residential satisfaction of national rental house from the previous studies and analyzed the impact of each determinant through the AHP analysis on the relevant experts. The determinants of national rental house were largely classified into the residential environment satisfaction, social satisfaction and economic satisfaction and the detailed items were composed by step. Accordingly to the analysis on the residential environment satisfaction, the important factors for the residential satisfaction were the house structure, educational environment and relationship with management staffs. For the social satisfaction, the relationship with the neighbors, confidence on the neighbors and reduction of feeling of social exclusion and experience of discrimination were found as the important factors. In case of the economic satisfaction, the critical factors were the appropriateness of rent and management expenses, opportunity of income creation and distance to the workplace.
