This research investigates on satisfaction ratio for living of residents living in public rental housing at GangWon-Do region on the purpose of indicating suggestion to improve living of residents living in public rental housing and effective supply.
As a result, overall living satisfaction of residents living in a public rental housing appeared to be more than normal. However, housing expenses and image of the environment around the rental housing came out to be very negative, which seems to need an apt measure. Moreover, since satisfaction ratio for living appeared to be different according to the type of rental housing, which seems to require a plan to support. Furthermore, residents were found to be choosing public rental housing depending on the aspect of standard of living and housing expenses, rather than accessibility and plan for removal. It is appeared to be the same for the present living satisfaction ratio and an important factors while choosing to move in hereafter.
Therefore, 1) grope for a scheme to improve community and decrease housing expenses, 2) operation of a measure to heighten satisfaction ratio toward standard of facilities for reconsideration of existing residence 3lit is required to heighten satisfaction ratio of residents through searching for a plan such as to link social welfare service, etc.
