The purpose of this study is to evaluate the attributes of the residents' satisfaction in public rental housing service in order to increase their satisfaction level. To effectively achieve such purpose, the object of the study is limited to public rental housing, and the scope of the study is divided into space, time, and contents. The time scope is from 1971 when public funds were first injected into apartment construction in Korea to the present. The spacial scope is limited to Korea, and the contents are limited to developing the attributes for measuring the satisfaction level in public rental housing service. In addition, both literature research method and survey were used for the study. As for analysis, statistical analysis was conducted using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)As a result, it was found that Service Environment(0.433) is the most important attribute, followed by Overall Satisfaction(0.216), Service Process(0.190), Service Result(0.183), Social Satisfaction(0.123). In attribute elements, it was found that Professionalism(0.129) is the most important and the highest priority, followed by Customer Orientation(0.102) → Improvement (0.096) → Promptness(0.085) → Reliability(0.082) → Response/Action(0.078) → Fulfillment(0.077) → Support(0.065) → Public Interest(0.036) → Relativity(0.031) → Absoluteness(0.031).
