A study on the Law-Policy and Introduction Background of the Wages Peak System This paper makes a study of the wages peak system and introduction background. Our country approaches already in becoming older in age time, while being pushed out from a job, the advanced age workers are caught in a delicate position for the reemployment. Also, the various systems along the Situation are having a large influence called employment fear on the worker and impedes employment security anger of the advanced age worker. Therefore, Introduce of the wages peak System with a confrontation plan breaks off employment fear and Job invention of a young man floor is a main purpose of wages peak proposal introduction. The wages peak system is the transient wages system and a possibility appropriate solution for the overcome of the employment environment. The main subject checks wages peak proposal meaning and studies a kind of the wages peak system. Currently examine our country becoming older in age actual condition, about under arranging where the change of the social ∙ economic environment which it follows in change of the employment system and change of employment market should how have been being turning out wages peek system. So this paper offered a basis and a standard of introduction about wages peek system. In a conclusion this paper offers a solution plan about introduced problem and generally offered the problems that can occur.
