Kim Jong Han had translated many poems, and published a collection of poems called "White Snow". This study shows that I have examined what kind of literary significance "White Snow" has had closely in Korean literary history, and reviewed a Joseon collection of poems which is written by Kim So Un. It seems that Kim Jong Han's "White Snow" is a little different from Kim So Un's Joseon collection of poems, and Kim Chong Han did not consider the function of the anthology, and tried to give his collection of poems special finality. He translated Jeong Ji-Yong's latter and Baek Seok's poems mostly which are wonderful works, and sublimated nationalism in art highly. I think that this fact revealed his special finality. In his "regionalism literary theory", while he agreed that Joseon literature was absorbed into Japan literature, I wonder if he tried to keep the originality of Korean literature as much as he could, make it public. On the other hand, Kim So Un is similar to Kim Jong Han in that Kim So Un suggested nationalistic element. But his selected poems had a certain passive and sorrowful shade. Also he intended to select and arrange Jeong Ji Yong's works chronologically and amply in a quantitative respect, but half of them are about Catholic faith, and they have less artistic value than the poems which are included in a collection of poems called Baek Rok Dam which means the pond for white deer to play in.
