The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of industrial accidents on the quality of life, focusing on psychosocial factors such as self-esteem, self-efficacy, and social relations. In order to carry out such research, we used data from the 3rd WCI panel survey of the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation, and studied 2,000 industrial workers. Analysis method was descriptive statistics, correlation, reliability and factor analysis, multiple regression analysis for causal relationship between variables. The results of the study showed that the self-esteem, self-efficacy, and social relations of industrial workers affected the quality of life and social relations played a mediating role in the relationship between self-esteem and self-efficacy and quality of life, self-esteem and social relations were found to have the greatest effect on affect than other variables. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply a rehabilitation program that can improve the self-esteem and self-efficacy of industrial accidents workers, and develop programs to improve social relations such as family members and colleagues of industrial workers, It will help improve the quality of life and social adjustment of workers.
