The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in the Unit of 'Utilization of Materials' from Technology & Home Economics subject on practiced product's quality of students. In order to achieve such goals, the study established a null hypothesis and level of anticipatory learning and students' intelligence quotient as their sub-variables. For experiment design, the 'Static-Group Pretest-Posttest Design’ Model was used. The results obtained from the study were as below.First, it has been found that there were significant differences between the group applied with Problem-Based Learning in practiced product's quality of student according to class methods in the Unit of 'Utilization of Materials' and the group that received traditional class.Second, the class methods according to the level of anticipatory learning (upper, middle and low) did not affect significantly practiced product's quality of student. Third, the class methods according to the level of intelligence level (excellent, satisfactory and inadequate) did not affect significantly. Nevertheless, there were significant effects according to the differences in intelligence level. Meanwhile, it has been shown that there were no interactions between group types and intelligence.When summarizing the said results, it has been assumed that it would significantly affect practiced product's quality of student in case that the teachers suggested questions and students defined them and thought, realized and evaluated them
