Since 21st century, the circumstances of investment and foreign economic cooperation in Latin America have been remarkably improved. From a foreign economic point of view China is regarded as an another big region with EU and USA. Moreover the appearance of China with enormous consuming market made business ideas and conditions of Latin America. At the same time FDI(Foreign Direct Investment) in natural resources is more and more increasing in Latin America. The investment in manufacturing shows an decreasing tendency. Also according to the region, investment trend of service industries are same situation. So from now on those Latin American countries are prospected for concentrate on attract FDI and extend to FTA as for their basic economic growth factors. Such a change in circumstance makes differences and discrepancies of foreign countries inroads according to the region and countries. It means the paradigm of economic development in Latin American countries will progress based on the globalization and aim at exporting.
