In the result of usage on ICT material in the 7th educational curriculum, the number of ICT materials suggested in the biology textbook were different among each textbook. When checked if the internet address was useful to approach, 50% of them were available on the internet. The study of suitability on the internet address showed that more than 70% of the available internet address were suitable. The analysis of ICT materials' distribution in the chapter and period introduced in the textbook showed that ICT materials were balanced at each chapter in some textbooks, but partially distributed at specific chapters in other textbooks. ICT materials were mostly used in ‘Development' of the procedure and secondly used in ‘Inquiry' of the procedure. Knowledge in the cognitive field and homepage looking-around of the inquiry field in the textbook were mainly made up of. As STS field and emotional field suggested in textbook were different among the publishers, it need to be made an effort to keep the equity between textbooks.
