In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in order to avoid the worst scenarios such as lack of talent, mass layoffs, and inequalities, we must invest in work that changes the workplace. Therefore, it is necessary to start investing in education programs to create jobs in the tourism industry, which are in line with the characteristics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In particular, academic research in this area is more urgent than ever. The purpose of this study is to analyze not only the job creation of the tourism industry, but also the work environment and the structure of manpower in the fourth industrial revolution era. It is necessary to actively research and discover areas that can increase the reliance of human capital on tourism industry and create new jobs that are appropriate for the 4th Industrial Revolution era. Through this, the universality of tourism which intends to permanently consolidate the public prosperity, interchange and peaceful value of humanity will be able to dominate our society. And the part of the human resources of the tourism industry that does not match the trend of the fourth industrial revolution era should be drastically removed. Continuous research should be carried out in order to predict uncertain future. This study should make the tourism industry adapt quickly to the rapidly changing human resource development paradigm. Continued interest in and communication with the job creation of the tourism industry and more sophisticated discussion to achieve networking are needed.
