본 연구는 성인 뇌성마비인을 선정하여 보치아 경기의 던지기 과제를 이용하여 연습의 다양성에 따른 뇌성마비장애인의 보치아 경기의 던지기 수행에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 하였다. 뇌성마비인 18명을 대상으로 전습법, 분습법, 혼합법 세 집단으로 구성하여 양궁표적지를 각각, 3m, 5m,7m 떨어진 곳에 부착하여 실험을 하였고, 득점방법은 양궁표적지 가운데 노랑색은 5점, 빨강색은 4점, 파랑색은 3점, 검은색은 2점, 흰색은 1점으로 점수를 구분하였다. 각 집단의 과제 연습기간은 인지단계 1개월, 연상단계 1개월, 자동화단계 1개월로 총 3개월에 걸쳐 연습을 하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리를 위해 SPSS 11.0 프로그램을 이용하여 사전, 사후검사에서 훈련의 횟수에 따라 운동학습(motor learning)효과가 있는지를 분석하기 위하여 paired t-test 실시하였고, 운동학습단계별 인지(cognitive phase), 연상(associative Phase), 자동화 (automatic phase)단계와 거리(3m, 5m, 7m)에 따른 연습방법(전습, 분습, 혼합)을 타당성 있게 분석하기 위하여 one-way ANOVA를 실시하였으며 유의성이 있을 경우 Duncan test로 사후검증을 실시하여 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 운동학습 단계 중 인지단계에서 연습방법(전습법, 분습법, 혼합법)간에는 차이가 나지 않았다. 둘째, 운동학습 단계 중 연상단계에서는 3m, 7m거리에서 연습방법에 따른 학습효과가 없었고, 5m에서는 전습법>분습법>혼합법 순으로, 합계에서도 전습법>분습법>혼합법 학습의 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운동학습 단계 중 자동화단계에서 5m거리에서는 학습의 효과가 없었고, 3m에서는 전습법>분습법>혼합법 순으로, 7m에서는 전습법>혼합법 순으로, 합계에서는 전습법>분습법,혼합법 순으로 학습의 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
This investigation is aimed to prove positively the effect of variability of practice method on BOCCIA throwing skills of spastic disabled people. The subject were total 18 disabled people with Cerebral Palsy, who are adult disabled people who reside in Busan, with trouble of Brain Lesion level 1,2. This study made 3 group, Whole Teaching Method Group, Part Teaching Method Group, Mixing Teaching Method Group, using Purposeful Sampling. A target was marked far from 3m, 5m and 7m. Score was classified as 5 score(yellow), 4(red), 3(blue), 2(black), 1(white) from center to edge. Each group got 3 month of practice period, 1 month of cognitive phase, 1 month of associative phase and 1 month of autoactivation phase. For processing the data, the program SPSS 11.0 was used. Paired t-test was used to analyze the effect of motor learning according to the number of training in the pretest and after-test. One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the effect of training method(whole teaching method/part teaching method/mixed teaching method) according to training step (cognitive phase/ associative phase/automatic phase) and distance(3m/5m/7m). Duncan test was executed when it is significant. The results of throwing ability according to the training method, were as written below. First, In the Cognitive phase, there was no difference in the effect by training method. Second, In the Associative phase, there was no difference in the effect by distance 3m and 7m, but in distance 5m, there was obvious difference in the effect as this: whole teaching method > part teaching method > mixed teaching method. And for the total, the effectiveness was shown as whole teaching method > part teaching method > mixed teaching method. Third, In the autoactivation phase, there was no difference in the effect by distance 5m, but in distance 3m, there was difference in the effect as whole teaching method > part teaching method > mixed teaching method. And in distance 7m, there was difference as whole teaching method > mixed teaching method. And for the total, the effectiveness was shown as whole teaching method > part teaching method, mixed teaching method.
