The personal relationship is the interactive relationship among people. The behavior of a person influences directly or indirectly influence on other people. Variety of personal relationship is formed and developed differently in accordance with the kind of people relationship. Personal relationship is important factor influencing on personality and mental health. Yang, C. argues that the benefit of deep personal relationship in Christian life are as the followings: deep personal relationship makes people productive in his(her) work, it also gives spiritual stability and improves quality of life. Sweeten argues that the training program of personal relationship in the church inhances spirituality of the people. Therefore for further growth of the church it is very important to provide a training program or counseling service for improving personal relationship in the church. This paper discussed several methods for training and counseling under the Christian counseling approach. It is necessary to carry out further research on healthy personal relationship of church goers, which are urgently demanded in the current church.
