In the recent, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) which makes an investment in the whole world executed the question investigation. The target of investigation is the Fund Managers of the ten global Property use company like the Fidelity International Limited, Allianz Global Investors Korea, INVESCO, JF, etc. By the result, it is analyzed that the China and Asia(except the Japan) corresponded in the stock investment region at the 2007 2nd quarter and the fund which invested in the advanced nation market moved toward the asian country. Our country, also, became larger the interest regarding the stock investment in China. But currently, we don't know entirely that what is and how published the new stock publication. Therefore, in this article, firstly, I will exercise the concept and the process etc. as the basic problem of the stock investment in China. Secondly, we will compare our system of the present corporate law and securities law etc. with the law system of china. Lastly, when we invested the stock in china, we will indicate the prudent and careful point. As the result, the present corporate and the securities law of china is revised in 2006. The present law was many changed in comparison with the past law. The change is a change which is follow in the WTO system's introduction. So to speak again, it is thought that the economy system transfer from the planned economy in china to the market economy system. But I don't think that all the problem solved I china. Anyway, we must invest the capitals to the china for the corporate benefit and earn the many money. If so, we will examine the law system and the practices of the china and make an prudent investment.
