To purpose of the this study was to investigate the effects of virtual-reality (VR) game on stress and flow for stroke patents. The study thirty two subjects were randomly allocated in two groups: virtual-reality(VR) an experimental group (n=16) and additional occupation therapy group, a control group(n=16) of the Daegu city K hospital an inpatient. Both groups also received the usual therapy after the first intervention. Stress Scale was used to compare before and after stress application therapeutic intervention, it was used as a measure to flow scale. The results of this study, the experimental group and the control group after treatment intervention of stress reduction and improved flow of stroke patients, the experimental group showed improvement in stress reduction and a more flow than the control group. Through the results of the study has a positive effect on the stress of the engagement stroke, when applied to virtual reality games it was found that a stroke. Virtual reality games could be applied as a useful treatment in the clinical treatment methods for enhancing flow for the reduction of stress and work performed in stroke patients when providing occupational therapy services.
