Establishment of Peace Regime on the Korean Peninsula2/13 Agreement originates from change Bush administrations policy from the rejection of North-US bilateral talks by unilaterally de-manding North Korea to give up nukes first was foreseen in 9/19 Joint Comunique in 2005.Peace agreement is an indispensable ele-ment for establishment of peace regime on the Peninsula. Peace regime on the Peninsula is in-separable with denuclearization. South Korea should pursue denuclearized peace strategy by making North Koreas denuclearization and der the principle of Joint Comunique for Korean Peninsula denuclearization.A Peace Process on the Korean Peninsula (PPKP). Peace Process on the Peninsula can be aproached by phase in line with implementation and fulfillment of agreements and progress thereof between 4 direct stake-holders to the 6-way talks of South and North Koreas, the US and China. The essential matter is guarantee of North Korean regime by the US and establish-ment of North-US relationship in return for to this, participants to the 6-way talks including South Korea shall have important roles to play in terms of implementation of their roles and agreements.Peace Agreement: Principle and Direction of Approach. In aproaching the Peace Agreement, a security-oriented simple approach should be avoided. The Peace Agreement should be approached by two tracks: security and economic cooperation.Therefore, the two pillars of the Korean and cooperation various areas like economy, science and technology and the environment on the side. The aproach should be (Korean Peninsula Peace Agreement = security + eco-nomic cooperation).
