It goes without saying that Arabic in Africa has a long history which goes back more than 2300 y않rs, before the advent of Islam. About B.C.잃0, Arabic was introduced to Africa by those who were engaged in the commercial transaction 없d the arab immigrants from Arabian 야ninsula. To show the relationship between Arabic and Africa languages, the res않rcher tried to com뼈re some words and grammatical aspects. Such as Hausa and Swahili has borrowed more than 20 ∼30% of its V〔x:ab버하y from Arabic. Also there are several factors in conn앉tion with Arabic spread in Africa ; the geographical, population, hoistorical, political, linguistic which had contributed to Arabic settlement in Africa. In the future it is neces잃ry to study the relationship of the inflow between Arabic and Africa languages to cl없r up the mutural linguistic contact in respect to the vocabularies.
