The purpose of this study is to review the influencing factors of managerial service related to worker's compensation in Korea. Having driven by KCOMWEL(Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service), Worker's Compensation aims to provide injuried-workers with Worker's Compensation Service as high-quality service as any other countries. In this study some variables were used such as job effectiveness and customer service for the effectiveness analysis of worker's compensation service. The study is focusing about what are the influencing factors as independent variables among supporting of policy function, improving of worker's compensation service and upgrading of customer service. And results of this study suggest several policy and practice implication. It has to review improvements of influencing factors related to job effectiveness and customer service in the worker's compensation. In spite of those efforts, the worker's compensation service remains yet to be improved to establish a desirable system for efficiently working by job groups, and to heighten job performance and customer service in order to reinforce its own roles and functions focusing on field works.
