This research broadly analyzes the east-west, north-south, and southern economic corridor which are the main part of GMS(Greater Mekong Subregion) economic corridor, and then proposes the socio-economic target of development and the financial provision program for economic corridor construction. And this paper emphasizes the strategic core in connectivity and competency growth side, which should be stressed sequentially in development process, after review the development strategy of infrastructure in general and transportation, energy, communication, tour, environment, labor power, trade and investment in detail. The transport corridor should be developed in accordance with partial development strategy beyond the simple corridor concept to be really spread out to economic corridor and to be effective. And the software side of system, law, and man power has to be prepared in collaborative way to take the fruit of economic corridor development. The inducement of civil and foreign parts in plan, construction and utilization steps of GMS infrastructure development is essential to generate perpetual and substantial performance.
