The purpose of this study is to provide the work and legal position of the sport specialist for health and rehabilitation in Germany. The specialist who have meaning in relation to the “health and rehabilitation specialists” in korea are as follows. This is the Sporttherapeut/in, Bewegungstherapeut/in, Sportphysiotherapeut/in, Kankengymnast/in. The role of a sports athletic therapist is well documented in the "Deutsche Rentenversicheurng Rehabilitation," a concept for the medical rehabilitation of the public pension law. Section 5 describes the rehabilitation procedures and requirements for rehabilitation facilities and systems, and rehabilitation teams and qualifications in the area of specialization. In other words, it refers to the extent to which benefits are recognized. In order to improve the efficiency of the job domain and legal status policy of the health athletic supervisor, it is necessary to improve the system and strengthen the related laws so that the cooperation between related ministries can be smoothly carried out first.
