The aim of this research is to develop the basis of a new idea of emancipatory politics by examining the idea of revolutionary politics in the 19th and 20th centuries. Marx"s "communism" is not limited to a material level but requires the creation of sense of "subjectivity" that it implies. It is an indiscernible subjective figure transcending identity. The "vanguard party" proposed by Lenin for the Russian revolution presupposes a bond with the masses as a representation system of the proletarian class representing the revolutionary interests of the masses of workers, but, also, solidifies a State-party system by combining itself with the domination mechanism of the State. In the end, the politics of the proletariat as a form of emancipation politics is losing its vitality. Mao Zedong strived to establish a mass initiative by raising the Cultural Revolution, led by the popular masses and struggling with party bureaucracy, in order to escape this "State-party" politics. The Revolution of 1968 in France, which was influenced by the Cultural Revolution, was a strong uprising of the masses. Among the many trends in this revolution, notable was the practice of building an alternative party to overcome the Communist Party. Through this practice, Badiou draws the possibility of "politics without party". He asserts that it will be possible to develop new emancipation politics that allows for collective action to work through ‘politics without party’ and to reflect on its actions. The construction of new emancipatory subjectivity and the creation of new politics outside of State-party politics will enable an unprecedented idea towards emancipatory politics.
