Companies seek to select an appropriate business strategy combined with their Human Resource Management to achieve the goal of their business. Thus, this study extracted the variables which were associated with quality enhancement business strategy and examined the relationship between its variables and organisational effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to evaluate how employees perceived human resource management based on business strategy which was undertaken in the Korean deluxe hotels by involving the concept of organisational justice. This study was analysed by employing the Structural Equation Modeling approach and demonstrated that the ‘training and development’, ‘service quality" and "recruitment" had a positive influence on distributive and procedure justice otherwise "selection" and "employee consultation" did not significantly influence both distributive and procedural justice. Also distributive and procedure justice had a positive influence on job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study found that Korean deluxe hotels adopted a quality enhancing business strategy regarding hiring good employees, giving training opportunities more, and ensuring service quality. The results of this study will offer a fundamental material to gain a better understanding of business strategies for managers and executives in service organisation.
