This study proposes a measurement tool for port supply chain integration (PSCI) in the context of Korean port system by taking perspectives from salient port stakeholders. The hybrid approach using evidential reasoning (ER) incorporating analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to develop an analytical instrument for evaluating the PSCI status quo in Korea against individual PSCI criterion. The findings from the empirical investigations aid decision makers in the ports to identify the particular areas for improvement in order to enhance their PSCI situations based on any required comparisons using a tailored information with respect to criteria in different level. This study may help port managers and policy makers in the following ways. First, the PSCI improvement practices should be approached based on the descending order of the crucial dimension. Next, they can clarify priorities on individual criterion, especially the less competitive criteria such as ‘facilities for adding value to cargoes (VAS1)’ and ‘service adaptation to customers (VAS2)’.
