Report Errors
The purpose of this study is to figure out precedence factors for supply chain integration in the perspective of development chain and verify how those factors influence supply chain integration and furthermore corporate & supply chain performance.
In the verification of hypothesis 1, 2, and 3, the precedence factors of integration, information sharing, flexibility, and integrative conflict coping, all influence supply chain integration in a significantly positive way. Therefore, this study suggests that if the level of precedence factors for supply chain integration gets higher, supply chain integration becomes higher. In the verification of hypothesis 4, 5, and 6, supply chain integration influences internal satisfaction performance, customer satisfaction performance, and integrative performance all positively. Therefore, this study suggests that if the level of supply chain integration gets higher, corporate & supply chain performance becomes higher, too.
Lastly, it has been proven that supply chain integration plays roles as a parameter among the precedence factors of integration and corporate & supply chain performance.
