Purpose: The purpose of the study is looking for change of future job place by analysing graduates" job place and providing information of base line data and curriculum operation for efficient career guidance. Methods: Study targeted speech rehabilitation department graduates of three-year course from 2015 to 2017. Job placements associated with speech rehabilitation are classified with 3 job placement, speech clinic center, the day care center for young children with disabilities and community welfare center. Intensive-course students are classified with transfer students. Other job places except for these three places and the unemployed are classified with etc. Results: Employment rate related on speech rehabilitation department is 72.5%. The analysis depending on job place is special care center for young children with disabilities(34.3%), special care center(33.7%) and community relief center(4.5%) from highest to lowest. Conclusions: The number of speech clinic centers increasing, excessive competition occurred. So, new type of job placements needs to be created. At the period of the fourth industrial revolution, new type of job places is created, not just original job place existing. In the fields of speech therapy, it is demanded combining ideas to create new jobs and innovating thought.
