Purpose: The Purpose of this study is to investigate relational ability of the students that learn the speech language pathologists, by focusing on student in speech language pathology - disordered children for a period of rapport formation. This study was expected to develop supervision programs for helping the student speech language pathologists for an initial rapport period. Methods: The research subjects consisted of 20 participants(2 man and 18 woman) for the first time the speech language pathology’s clinical practice at the University. A questionnaire surveys, Student and Teacher Relationship Scale, Interaction Ability Scale, and Respond Degree, was used to assess relational ability. Results: Comparing the results of this study and the results of Lee(2015), the mean value of Response style subscale in Respond Degree were lower. In other subscales it was higher than Lee (2015)’s. In Interaction Ability the mean value of Lee(2015) were lower than this Study. Conclusions: Students have overestimated themselves. Therefor the direct behavioral observations are demanded for estimating reaction degree of the students, the self-understanding and self-feedback is required for students.
