In this article, the author examines the compatibility of biblical and paleoanthropological studies with respect to the origins and prehistory of mankind. For this purpose, he first examines the descriptions of human creation and the history of tools in the Bible, and then examines modern paleoanthropological studies. Particularly in the paleoanthropological study, the study of the Paleolithic era and the record of early Genesis will be examined. And the author concludes that it is difficult to use Genesis as a basis for paleoanthropological research. However, the author does not approve of the "historical Adam" position that some evangelical scholars present on the basis of paleoanthropological studies, namely the origin of the evolutionary humanity. The author is also skeptical about whether it is appropriate to have such an argument under the umbrella of evangelicalism. He does not rule out the possibility that Genesis and paleoanthropological studies may not meet forever in parallel. Yet he asserts that at least those who acknowledge the inspiration and divine authority of the Bible should strive to converse and approach God"s truth even if they disagree with one another.
