This is a study of the analysis of Wanju Wild Food Festival 2017 visitor. Trained villagers provided the visitors with a variety of local specialties. An analysis of visitors’ satisfaction evaluations can be used to help improve and suggest the direction of local cultural food festivals. The analysis showed that there are many factors influencing visitors: location and brightness of food booths, the type, taste, quality, appearance, smell, and cost of food, and attitude and response time of staff to visitor request. Other influences include recommendations and satisfaction of eating locations, including seats, table arrangements and seating options. The right quadrant 2 of the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA), which is the most accurate, suggests that the most important visitor influences are staff attitude, sanitation, taste and quality of food, the speed of service, and number of food options. Visitor satisfaction and festival improvements are important. Throughout the evaluation, festival satisfaction was low. The sanitation of eating spaces and dishes were the most important areas for improvement, as seen in quadrant 1.
