This study used 3D Printing Technology, which is one of the leading technologies of the fourth Industrial Revolution, to manufacture finger splints. The subject was a patient with Rheumatoid Arthritis who had a swan-neck deformity in the fingers. The manufacturing process included upper limb measurement, 3D modeling, 3D printing, and post-processing to complete the finger orthosis. The subject was asked to evaluate the satisfaction in order to check the usability and the experts were asked to evaluate the completeness. Satisfaction was evaluated by product satisfaction and service satisfaction, and as a result of product satisfaction, it was rated highest in the areas of size, weight, ease of wear, safety, durability, ease of use, and effectiveness. As a result of evaluating service satisfaction, all items received the highest score. Next, as a result of evaluating the completeness of the three assistant experts, the beauty area was rated as the highest whereas the comfort area was rated as the lowest. Since this study, however, is a single case study, there are limitations in generalizing the results. Therefore, it will be necessary to have more subjects to manufacture finger splints using 3D Printing Technology in the future.
