This study was conducted to investigate and reveal the effect of educational environments and curriculum satisfaction of university students who major in tourism on their career decision levels by analyzing them. The survey was conducted to the students who major the tourism fields in universities in Gangwondo to accomplish the purpose of this study. The research data was collected for total one month from Nov. to Dec. 2013. For the samples of the respondents, the total 200 copies were collected and the simple and multiple regression analyses were done by using ver. spss18 for the analysis. The analytical results are as follow: First, the sub factors of educational environments had the partially significant effect on individual and psychological levels of career decision levels. Second, the external environment factors in curriculums have found to have an higher effect on career decision levels than educational contents. Based on this research result, it tries to suggest strategic implications and next research directions about efficient career guidance and improvement of the educational service quality by finding the factors which have an great effect on career decision of the students who major in tourism.
