The purposes of this study were to investigate the effect of Hotel Manager``s transformational leadership on organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior at five-star hotel in seoul. The data was collected from 313 employees in five-star hotels which were located in seoul. And then it was analyzed by using a SPSS WIN 12.0 version of software package and used for the analysis such as frequency analysis, factor analysis and multi-regression. The transformational leadership(charisma, individual consideration, intellectual stimulus) has been conceptually and empirically demonstrated to be related to organizational performance in five-star hotel. Furthermore, The individual consideration and intellectual stimulus factors of transformational leadership was positively related to organizational identification and organizational citizenship Behavior. Also, Organizational identification acted a part mediator between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. This result was showed that it were of great importance factors to effective human resource management on transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, it is deeply needed to study that the concept of transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
