The Purpose of this study presents efficient operation way and direction of development because analyze actual conditions of hotel information system, and verify if variable of quality of hotel information system affects some hotel information system result according to Control variable. Result of research is first, is being expose that taking a serious view easy in individual`s system use environment than whole system quality. Second, when hotel information system users of the hotel handle duty, new information system did not influence in satisfaction although value of exact and useful information is thought significantly. Third, hotel information system user thinks certain service of system companies Important, this can know with information interchange between service provider and user that humane relation did not attain properly. Hotel information efficiency of the system that emerged in the present, the hotel`s owners and management information systems to the hotel the satisfaction of the quality of the diverse users will soon connection with the performance of customer satisfaction that the firm has an opportunity to raise awareness in that it has significance
