In this paper, the satisfaction for service quality between city hotel and resort hotel which are representative of service quality in domestic service industry are compared with a empirical study. The satisfaction for service quality between city hotel and resort hotel are empirically analyzed to suggest the differentiation and improvement factors through a survey that investigate into customer who use a hotel. First of all, we execute exploratory factor analysis for the preference of service quality which are evaluated by hotel customers. And then we perform reliability analysis for components of service quality using the test of Cronborch`s Alpha. And in order to find the significant factors in the selective attribution and satisfaction of service quality t-test and regression analysis are conclusively performed to prove which factors affect to the satisfaction of service quality. According to the findings of regression analysis a factor which is most influenced upon the satisfaction of service quality is revealed as positiveness, and that factor suggest as a differentiation factor for the satisfaction of service quality for both city hotel and resort hotel. And it appears that city hotel`s differentiation factor for the satisfaction of service quality are primary needs fulfillment and empathy. But resort hotel`s differentiation factor for the satisfaction of service quality are revealed as accessibility and positiveness.
