Leisure sports of today tend to become environment-friendly activities through which one not only experiences nature but also the value and beauty of nature and life. They also tend to develop in such a way that enables one to adapt to a new life that requires the use of cutting-edge machinery. This developmental tendency revolutionizes our society and culture and especially, stimulates the curiosity of and is welcomed by the adolescent and the young. The purpose of this paper is, fast, to pay attention to the way traditional sports are redefined and restructured in accordance with the charging realities, second, to analyze the changes in the leisure sports system that are the result of the dynamics between the external factors to the domain of leisure sports and the internal factors and then, to suggest, based upon the analysis of those factors of change, a new interdisciplinary way for the development of leisure sports. The tendency of change in leisure sports of today can be sunmarized into the following four items. First, the tendency of popularization of sports, due to the diversification of sports and the masses` participation in sports as recreational activities. Second the feminization of sports, due to women`s increasing awareness of the need for sports as a means of improving and maintaining their health and beauty. Third the tendency af lengthening the life-cycle. Last, the increasing attention to new sorts of sporty lees bound by traditional sports rules, which is a parallel phenomenon to people`s general tendency to escape from the fixed working hours and working environment. These four tendencies will be the mast prominent and lasting pivots in the development of the leisure sports system.
