The purpose of this study is to analyze and suggest the practice and train equipment at Sport and Leisure Studies and related department for cultivate a Sport for All professionals. According to Articles 4, Education Act(86,Dec, 31, 1949), "The educational systems, facilities, teaching materials and methods shall always respect individually, take a serious view of personality, and enable persons receiving education to make the utmost use of their ability". There are more 140 Sport and Leisure Studies and related department in Korea. Cause many of people become interested in there well-being and healthy life instead of the other thing. They are eager for improve there physical and mental health and they are participate in many kind of Sport for All activity. Many people looking for specialist who is bred to the Sport and Leisure and kind of related professional. These kind of driving force of the world make rapid growth at Sport and Leisure Studies and related department. Now a days we need quantitatively as well as qualitatively growth in this field. For the growth both in quality and in quantity of Sport and Leisure Studies and related department first of all we have to help and train the student who is major in all sorts of Sport and Leisure Studies. The facilities, curriculum and teaching method should enlighten for educate Sport for All professionals and prosperity of all kinds of Sport and Leisure Studies. In 1970`s the school facilities act legislated and regulated all kind of related physical department till 1996. But the Ministry of Education no more control the school facilities by any kind of school equipment act since 1st Jan 1997. The Ministry vest authority of school facilities in university. Well, the self-control of university must esteemed but the right of learning of students should be respected it the best way to improve university, all sorts of Sport and Leisure Studies and Sport for All.
