The dance art education for gifted and talented children should be actively changed and positively developed, at this moment of going through spring for education of gifted and talented children. The purpose of this study is to find out improvement and enhancement for Korean dance art education for talented children by analyzing each recent status of operation for related institutes, such as Centers, and Classes. The conclusions on this study are like below: The framework of drive point, progress, and selection of children between institutes are practically same. In the detailed result of analysis on operating hours, it vary from 80 hours to 166 hours between institutes. Most of classes are intensively made in weekend, vacation season, after-school time, and others like cyber class. The contents of education are almost related in practical work of dance skills and mainly focused on major field of practice.
To make a contribution of development for education on talented and gifted children, I would like to propose by the results of this thesis as following suggestions: At first, the inducement of voluntary participation from various students are needed. Secondly, the creativeness education courses should be prepared to maximize the development of potential possibilities and competences of talented students. Thirdly, long-term back supports are needed. In a concrete way, the classes should be divided in basic class and advanced class to improve the quality of education, and it also would be extended over 2 year courses rather than under 1 year course.
