Popular sovereignty again launched with Moon Jae-in, the government of national policy objectives, from the management philosophy and practices are totally different before and should be a time when with a purpose.
Korean Government has placed in front of the task of solving a virtuous cycle, a balance of growth and welfare, and a higher policy equation for nurturing and creating jobs.
In the future, the nation’s policies for the advancement of the fourth industrial revolution should be changed simply by stepping away from the growing direction of growth and changing the national wealth to the demands of the national rights and demands.
To enhance the predictability and efficiency of the national policy, policy creation and effectiveness prediction needs to be implemented. Big data needs to be actively utilized in policy orientation and evaluation to effectively solve complex policy objectives. It aims to present a win-win national model for growth and distribution.
In this study, I analyzed the results of the survey by incumbent central government officials, who are responsible for the establishment and budget of the incumbent government, and more than 300 people who are responsible for the national policy. Also interviewed high-ranking officials and high-ranking officials who were involved in the national policy and decision-making process.
