Report Errors
The purpose of this study was the influence of social network by employees" organizational behavior(job satisfaction, organizational commitment) and to verify the effects on the parameter variable of corporate employees" knowledge sharing.
For verification the purpose of this study established the variable as followings; First, the independence variable established the corporate employees" social network. Second, the result variable established the corporate employees" organizational behavior. Third, the parameter variable established the corporate employees" knowledge sharing. To investigate the variable inter-relationship used the regression analysis, bootstrapping analysis, and 150" corporate employees who had worked in Kyungki-province were studied.
The results of this study were as follows: First, as a result of regression analysis to find out effects of employees" social network to the employees" organizational behavior. Second, it tested the positive influence of parameter variable by the employees" knowledge sharing.
