The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social network, job engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Also, this study examined the mediating effect of job engagement between social network and organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The data were gathered from 244 employees who are working in various organizations in Korea. The results of this study showed that Correlations between social network, job engagement, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were positively significant. Job engagement partly mediated the relationship between social network and organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Finally, Based on the results, the implications and the directions for future research were discussed.
