The purpose of this study was to analyze characteristics of other businesses and casino customers and induce actual implications to take the lead in the competition at the level of customer management in the casino market that the competition among countries gets severe by developing index of customer lifetime value targeting people interested in the related fields and to contribute for the development of researches of casino management and customer management areas developing the model of customer lifetime value that could be used at the perspective of casino management. According to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Delphy analysis, the index of customer lifetime value that was performed to evaluate casino customers induced 5 sub-characteristics and 18 detailed characteristics. The induced sub-characteristics were update, cycle, currency, profit, and customer loyalty. The update sector was composed of using update and customer condition and the cycle sector was composed of 8 detailed characteristics like using frequency, rate of re-visiting, total number of using, using period, leaving possibility, visiting cycle, gaming hour, rate of game participation. The currency sector was composed of 3 characteristics like yearly total using amount, average using amount, and increasing rate of average betting amount and the profit sector was composed of 3 detailed characteristics like expected profit, drop amount, and win/loss amount. Lastly, the customer loyalty sector was composed of 2 characteristics like loyalty and customer recommendation.
