This study is to provide the evidences to facilitate more participation in the physical activities by research the relationship between the teacher’s behavior and internal motivation and participation intention perceived by the participants in the physical education class after school program for elementary school. Participants in this study were analyzed targeting the 300 students in the fifth and sixth grade of the five elementary schools in G Metropolitan City and its validity and reliability were verified using the SPSS/AMOS 18.0 statistical program. The results of the appropriate analytical procedure in accordance with the purpose of this study are as follows. Firstly, the positive feedback in the teaching behaviors of teachers is found to have a positive (+) effect on the fun and competence of the internal motivation and tension to have a negative (-) effect. The negative feedback gave negative (-) effect on the fun and competence but increased tension. Secondly, the positive feedback behavior in the teaching behaviors of teachers is confirmed to enhance the intention of participation. Thirdly, the students in the elementary school are analyzed to have a higher degree of the participation intention in proportion of their interest in the physical education class after school program from elementary school. In other words, it is considered that the effort for the various teaching methods to induces the fun and interest as well as the positive feedback behaviors of teachers raise the students’ participation.
