Report Errors
Companies adopt SCM to overcome fierce business competition environment. It curtails expenses from new product planning to be delivered to customers. For the outcome of SCM, suppliers and operating company needed to keep symbiotic relationship based on suppliers" active support, cooperation and faith. To reveal effect of suppliers" business success the researcher establishes research model and study hypothesis, and it conducted an empirical analysis to SCM participating suppliers. According to an empirical analysis, it works on distribution delivery when suppliers are participated in SCM, but it doesn"t work on inventory management and operating company"s support.
To improve SCM suppliers" business performance, we need substantial logistics and inventory management without wasting, and break off the top-down relations and build up win-win partnership based on trust with operating company also as the subject of shared growth, offer value and support to suppliers.
