The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of CSR willingness and sustainable SCM enablers on sustainable SCM performance. A research model is proposed which describes the impact of CSR willingness and sustainable SCM enablers on sustainable SCM performance. The hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling with data collected from 210 companies. The results of the study support that sustainable SCM performance is positively associated with constructs of sustainable SCM enablers. Also, economic, ethical, and legal responsibility willingness of CSR are positively associated with constructs of sustainable SCM internal and external enablers. However, economic responsibility willingness of CSR is not related to external enablers of sustainable SCM. The results suggest successful implementation of sustainable SCM performance is attained through internal and external enablers of sustainable SCM with CSR willingness.
